Who is Mattew Lenhan and what about Kaga naonari on Gamepot?

Few months ago I introduced about Level -R’s Gamepot staff had been changed from Mr Kaga Naonari to Matthew Lenehan. (See here )

Mr, Kaga Naonari (加賀直柔) is director of Level-R ,gamepot Japan, who had been to Hungary to improve (or downgraded) level R during some months.(Interview here)
Now I found out he is in the Oversea Business department in Gamepot. Japan. (Here)
I work as a member of the Overseas Business team to bring interesting Japanese games to the global market.

Today there are some updates on EU edition of Level-R by Gamigo and I confirmed that therer are Mattew Lenhan's name on Level-R Credit.
