Announcement issued: 8 February 2010
Gamepot Inc., Japan, decided to focus on the international expansion of Level-R in the future and stop the Japanese domestic service of Level-R from 15 March 2010. It won't affect the operation of any other territories and we hope to open Level-R for numerous new countires in the future.

Judging from their statemenet,
①Gamepot just stop their domestic service in Japan only.
②Gamepot keep holding their territorial rights and (copy)rights except North America and they doesn't sell their Level-R (copy)rights itself to other publisher.
④They continue to sell their Level-R (with Invictus) to all over the world.
⑤Regional contracts and territorial right doesn't change.

So maybe Japanese Level-R refugees can go to Level-R EU by Gamigo officially?
